- Navigate to Projects and click 'New Project'
- Enter project name, contract number, and location
- Assign the correct prevailing wage determination
- Set project budget and cost codes

Worker Management
Add workers, assign classifications, track certifications, and manage multi-trade workers.

Steps:
- Go to Workers and click 'Add Worker'
- Enter name, SSN (last 4), and primary classification
- Set the hourly wage rate and fringe benefit rate
- Add certifications (OSHA, CDL, etc.) with expiry dates
- Assign workers to projects
Creating WH-347 Reports

Steps:
- Navigate to Payroll and click 'Create Payroll'
- Select the project and week ending date
- Add workers and enter daily hours for each day
- Review the calculated gross pay, deductions, and net pay
- Run the compliance check before certifying
- Sign the Statement of Compliance
- Generate the PDF — it's ready to submit
Job Costing
Track project costs by CSI MasterFormat division, monitor budgets, and analyze variances.

Steps:
- Go to Job Costing from the sidebar
- Select a project to view its cost breakdown
- Click 'New Entry' to log a cost
- Select the cost code (CSI MasterFormat) and enter amount
- View budget vs. actual on the project card
- Use Cost Codes page to add custom codes for your organization
Compliance Alerts
Understand compliance checks, resolve alerts, and maintain a clean compliance record.

Steps:
- Navigate to Compliance from the sidebar
- Review any active alerts (red = critical, yellow = warning)
- Click an alert to see details and affected workers
- Fix the underlying issue (e.g., adjust wage rate)
- Click 'Resolve' to mark the alert as handled
- A green 'All Clear' badge means you're fully compliant
Daily Reports
Log daily construction activities, weather, equipment, and manpower for each project.

Steps:
- Go to Daily Reports and click 'New Report'
- Select the project and date
- Log weather conditions and temperature
- Record workers on site and hours worked
- Note equipment used and materials delivered
- Add any incidents or delays
- Submit the report

Track worker safety certifications, log incidents, and get expiration alerts.

- Go to Certifications to see all tracked certifications
- Click 'New Certification' to add one for a worker
- Set the certification type, issue date, and expiry date
- Go to Safety to log safety incidents
- The system alerts you 30 days before certifications expire

- Organization tab: Update company name and details
- Members tab: Invite team members and set roles
- Billing tab: Manage your subscription and view invoices

RFIs & Submittals

- Navigate to RFIs from the sidebar and click 'New RFI'
- Enter the subject, description, and assign to a responsible party
- Track RFI status from Open through Answered and Closed
- Go to Submittals to upload documents for architect/engineer review
- Monitor submittal review status and revision history
- Use filters to find RFIs and submittals by project, status, or date
Change Orders
Submit, review, and approve change orders with full cost impact tracking.

- Enter the cost impact (addition or deduction) and schedule impact
- Route the change order through the approval workflow

- Go to Settings and select the Billing tab
- View your current plan and usage (projects, workers, reports)
- Click 'Upgrade' to move to a higher plan or 'Manage Subscription' to make changes

Account Settings
Update your profile, change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and manage preferences.
