Navigate to Safety
Click 'Safety' in the sidebar under the Tools section. You will see a table listing all recorded safety incidents, showing the date, project, severity type (Recordable, Near Miss, or Observation), description, and whether the incident is OSHA reportable. At the top of the page, you will find a 'Log Incident' button and an 'OSHA 300 Log' export button.
