Our Story
Our founder spent years working in the construction industry, dealing with the frustrations of certified payroll reporting firsthand. The late nights spent re-entering data from payroll systems into WH-347 forms. The anxiety of wondering if a rate was correct. The cost of legacy providers who charged setup fees in the thousands and per-report fees that added up fast.
After seeing contractors — especially smaller ones — struggle with outdated tools and overpriced services, the idea for CertifiedPayrollPro was born. The goal was simple: build the tool that should have existed all along. One that's affordable, easy to use, and actually understands what contractors need.
CertifiedPayrollPro works as a complete standalone system from day one.
