CertifiedPayrollPro is a web-based certified payroll reporting platform for construction contractors. The service includes WH-347 report generation, compliance checking, job costing tools, and a built-in compliance assistant (Lydia). Reports generated by the service are tools to assist with compliance; the certifying officer remains legally responsible for the accuracy of all certified payroll submissions.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each organization account is subject to the user and project limits of its subscription tier.
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Per-report fees are calculated based on the number of certified payroll PDFs generated and billed at the end of each billing cycle. The 14-day free trial includes 3 free reports. After the trial period, your selected plan will be activated and your payment method will be charged.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
CertifiedPayrollPro is a reporting tool, not legal advice. While we validate prevailing wage rates and flag potential compliance issues, the certifying officer signing the Statement of Compliance (WH-347 page 2, or the equivalent state certification) bears legal responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of every report they sign and submit. We strongly recommend consulting with a compliance professional for complex situations.
You are responsible for reviewing every generated report before you sign or submit it. Reports are produced from the data you enter and from public rate sources that change over time, and they may contain errors or omissions, including errors introduced by the service itself. Signing a report confirms that you have reviewed it and that it is true and complete, regardless of how any error arose. CertifiedPayrollPro does not file, submit, or register anything with any government agency on your behalf, and does not guarantee that any report will be accepted by any agency or found compliant with any law.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into CertifiedPayrollPro. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your payroll data, project information, or generated reports. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The service, and every report, calculation, rate, alert, and assistant response it produces, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with any federal, state, or local law. Prevailing wage determinations, fringe rules, and filing requirements are set by government agencies and change; we do not warrant that the rates or rules reflected in the service are current or apply to your project.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertifiedPayrollPro's total liability for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including fines, penalties, back wages, debarment, lost contracts, or the cost of corrected filings, resulting from compliance errors, from inaccurate or incomplete reports, or from any error or omission in the service, whether the error originated in data you entered or in the service itself.
