Enter J for a journeyworker or RA for a registered apprentice in a program approved by the Office of Apprenticeship (OA) or a State Apprenticeship Agency (SAA); for an apprentice, also list the level of progression within the program. A worker not individually registered in such a program is paid the full journey-level rate and marked J (29 CFR 5.5(a)(4)(i)).
Watch out: Marking RA means box 4 on page 2 and its apprenticeship table must be filled in.
